Thank you for your pledge and support of Pilgrim Church.
Together we are rooted in love. We are rooted in love, in care, in joy, and in service. Will you help our congregation to continue to bear good fruit in this season? Will you pledge for 2024?
This month we’re hearing testimonies from our congregation about the roots of this strong community, and the ways that we are growing. Throughout this Stewardship Campaign, we’re reflecting on the words of the Psalmist: “They are like trees planted by streams of water, which yield their fruit in its season.” As we think about this verse, it reminds us of all the ways our congregation roots our life: worship, friendship, service, justice, prayer. Our congregation is that stream of water which nourishes our souls.
What about the folks who aren’t at Pilgrim yet? Our wider community needs to hear our message of love and inclusion. Our neighbors, family, and friends – deserve to hear that they are loved, beautiful, and welcome. Your pledges make it possible for Pilgrim Church to joyfully declare our welcome – and to support that welcome with inspiring worship, great programs for kids and youth, service beyond our walls, and ministries of care and compassion. Because of you, our congregation share’s God’s love.
Our ministry plans depend upon your pledges. PLEASE think carefully as to how you can help our important work. Thank you for your care and generosity, which strengthens Pilgrim Church.
In an effort to reduce printing and postage costs, we are inviting you to complete your pledge form below. Completed forms go only to our Church Collector, Susan Carabbio, and only she keeps a record of your pledge. She will also send you a confirmation of your pledge.
On Sunday November 5, we will consecrate our pledges for 2024. We hope you will join us for this celebration.
Your Stewardship Committee,
David Nuss, Michael Scott-Morton, Susan Carabbio, David McClave in consultation with Rev. Reebee Girash
