Children’s Sunday, June 4 at 10:30am – An annual all-ages service prepared by our youngest Pilgrims with thoughtful messages of inclusiveness and love through readings and song. Ice cream and a picnic on Pilgrim’s front lawn will follow.
Music Sunday, June 11 at 10:30am – Wrapping up Pilgrim’s formal choral music season, Choral Director Max Evrard will conduct the Pilgrim’s Chancel Choir in Jazz Alleluia by Craig Curry and A Gaelic Blessing by John Rutter.
Monday, June 12, 9:30am – 12:00pm – Communities United Inc.’s Lexington Creative Start at Pilgrim Church will host a STEM Exhibition at 55 Coolidge Ave in Lexington. This event will demonstrate the ways young children learn and explore the world through science, technology, engineering, and math. All preschool families and community members are welcome, and the event is free and will be held rain or shine. Click the link here for a flyer about the info session here.
Summer Worship Series, begins July 2 at 9:30am – Pilgrim continues worship during the summer months one hour earlier and in air-conditioned Pilgrim Hall. Services will feature reflections from members of the church as well as piano music from Jim Munkres in July and Music Director Dorothy Bowe in August. Refreshments will be served after worship.
